FlocklySocial analytics history depends on your plan: Starter includes up to six months; Growth and Scale include up to twelve months. Availability varies by network and metric. Network performance can load within the history window available to your plan.
Shopify attribution follows the exact Analytics date range without a separate 30- or 60-day order clamp. Older-order access and historical syncing are separate from social-network history limits. If the requested Shopify history is still being synchronized, Flockly treats it as collecting or unavailable instead of showing a false zero.
What unavailable and collecting mean
Social networks expose different data. A metric can be unavailable when a network does not report it, or collecting when Flockly needs more snapshots. Flockly leaves a metric blank or marks it unavailable rather than estimating it.
Follower growth takes time
Follower-growth charts build from daily snapshots after you install. A recently connected store only has growth history from that point forward.
