FlocklyUse Create Post to prepare content for one or more connected channels. A post can start with a Shopify product, Shopify media or a supported file from your device, so you can build the schedule without moving your catalogue work out of Shopify.

Plan across month, week and list views
The calendar presents future content in month, week and list views. None of these views limits how far ahead you can plan. You can prepare and schedule posts for next week, a full month, or campaigns months or even years ahead. Every Flockly plan includes the calendar and unlimited scheduled posts, subject to each social network's own requirements.
For a monthly plan, work through the launches, promotions and Shopify products you want to feature, then create a draft or choose a future date for each post. Create a post for one or more channels
- Open Create Post and choose a Shopify product, Shopify media or a supported file from your device.
- Select the connected channels for the post.
- Add the caption and media, then review any channel-specific options.
- Resolve any media or publishing requirements Flockly shows.
- Save the post as a draft or choose a future date and time to schedule it.
A single idea can be prepared for more than one channel. Review the version intended for each selected network before scheduling, because caption and media requirements vary between networks.
Choose between a draft and a scheduled post
Save a draft when the idea, caption, media or channel selection still needs work. Drafts let you prepare a wider content plan without committing unfinished posts to publishing times.
Choose a future date and time when the post is ready to join the calendar. Manual scheduling is available across Flockly plans. Smart Schedule is available on every paid plan that can arrange a queue of ready drafts across a reviewed one to four-week window using best-time data.
Update or cancel future content
Open a future scheduled post to update its caption or scheduled time. If the post should no longer go out, cancel it from its post details.
Cancelling a future post stops the scheduled publishing job. It does not remove a post that has already been published on a social network.
If publishing fails
If publishing fails, open the post to see the stored status. Resolve the reported media or connection issue before retrying.
