Uninstalling Flockly and deleting data

Uninstall Flockly from Shopify admin to stop using the app. You can also make a privacy or deletion request through the contact route in the Privacy Policy.

What uninstalling does

Flockly revokes access tokens immediately when the app is uninstalled. Shopify's shop/redact webhook arrives 48 hours after uninstall, and Flockly purges remaining store data within 30 days. Published posts remain on social networks, while scheduled posts that have not yet gone out are not sent.

Requesting deletion

For a data request, use the contact details in the Privacy Policy. The policy explains what data is held, retention windows and your rights.
